This model heats up to 800-degrees and maintains a constant temperature for as long as you need it to - and has a hinged grate for easy charcoal refills during cooking. A built-in thermometer and cast-iron top vent provide precise temperature and airflow control for perfectly cooked dishes, while a ceramic heat deflector plate protects food that requires lower temperature grilling for an even cook every time. A sliding ash door and stainless-steel ash tool makes removal of loose ash and build-up quick and easy.
